General considerations regarding the presentation and sending of manuscripts

Researchers and the general public interested in publishing their work in PetroRenova Indexed, can access the journal's website https://indexed.petrorenova.com/index.php/petrorenova_indexed/index to register, consult the policies and regulations, as well as the respective formats. By means of the option submit an article, fill in the required fields and upload the manuscript. You may also send it through the e-mail address provided at indexed.petrorenova@gmail.com If you use this method, you must send the manuscript in the format intended for the type of publication.

PetroRenova Indexed provides open access to its publications, under Creative Commons (BY-NC-SA) Attribution 4.0 International License. In this sense, all publications that are available on the portal can be downloaded in pdf format free of charge.

With the manuscript of the proposed paper, a written communication, signed by the author or authors, addressed to the Editorial Board of the journal, authorizing the submission of the paper for evaluation and publication, should be sent to the above-mentioned e-mail address. This communication must state that the proposed work is original, unpublished and is not simultaneously undergoing evaluation and arbitration process in another journal.

From the moment the work is accepted and published, the author(s) accept(s) the assignment of copyright to PetroRenova Indexed, through a form that will be sent to them by the editorial team. The editorial team reserves the right to apply changes in style and form to the manuscript. PetroRenova Indexed may publish the article in physical or electronic formats, including the Internet, databases and other information systems linked to the journal. Authors may use the final version of their article in any repository, website or print.

It is important to clarify that the data of the author(s) should be sent in an attached document, both in Spanish and English, including surname, first name, address, telephone, e-mail, Orcid, academic titles, institutional affiliation with mention of the country, current positions, societies to which they belong, studies completed or in progress, and recent publications.
