Seguridad y salud en el trabajo: innovación y sostenibilidad en la transición energética

Esta revisión sistemática, bajo las directrices PRISMA 2020, analiza la transformación de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo (SST) durante la transición de la industria fósil a las energías renovables. De un filtrado inicial de 1.449 registros (2020-2026), se seleccionó y analizó un corpus final de 13 estudios mediante síntesis narrativa. Los hallazgos muestran que la descarbonización no elimina los riesgos laborales, sino que los redistribuye según la tecnología. Innovaciones digitales como IoT (Internet de las Cosas) y digital twins (Gemelos Digitales) reducen incidentes, pero su éxito depende, estrictamente del safety climate (Clima de Seguridad) organizacional. Asimismo, los marcos de process safety (Seguridad de los procesos) de Oil & Gas son un punto de partida válido que requiere adaptación contextual.
